Hi, I’m Chen Kinnrot.

I am a software engineering leader, pragmatic programmer, and problem solver. I believe in lean thinking and impact-driven development.

Currently, I work as an Engineering Manager at Lemonade, building the technology that powers the world’s most lovable insurance company.

When I’m not coding or managing teams, I’m likely surfing or spending time with my family.
